sign onto a different screenname that they don't know of, and see if they are on that one.. if they are then they most likely blocked you

Instead of worrying about being blocked you should spend more time on your spelling.
If you were block then they had there reasons for blocking you.

Send them a tell. If they blocked you, you will be notified immediately thereafter.

get someone to add that person to their IM, and if they see that person online but you don't, then now you know.
