That depends on how active you are while you are younger. Physical and mental activity are the best ways to keep youthful.(Of course proper nutrition) When I mean physical, for example, I am 51 and run 10-12 miles a week, plus walk another 10 miles. I exercise on an isokinetic machine, Total Fitness, there are no weights except your own. by mental activity, reduce the time you spend watching TV, and spend more time reading novels(newspapers are written at 5th grade level), play Chess or some mentally challenging game,(not checkers)crossword puzzles. All this and regular sexual activity will allow to remain active Most men suffer from an enlarged prostrate gland, because of lack of sexual activity. This country has been brainwashed into thinking medicine will cure all the ailments, stay active and you'll develop a more active, healthy and fulfilling life. Being more active during the day, will mean better sleeping at night, no sleep aids necessary. I get a physical every year and it always comes back excellent. My wife and I have intimacy at least 5 times a week. Yes you can have sex at 88 provided you take care of yourself.

Think of it this way: A man can become a father at any age, even the day he dies. Women, however, can become mothers until they hit menopause. That means: yes, men can have sex at any age as long as they are able - and even if it kills them. Of course, it would be nice to have a willing woman.
