You're plane has crashed in the arizona desert what do you do?

On impact the plane exploded burning up all supplies you could possibly use. All that is left is some burnt rubble. Your left with the following:
A broken cell phone
A simple knife (blade and handle)
And your clothes: t-shirt, jeans, socks, and shoes.

You're 25 miles from the nearest town by your calculations.

Ok Ok Ok for you 'realists' in this HYPOTHETICAL situation lets pretend the flight was a private flight you and your buddy decide to go flying and you crash erego it's ok to have a knife on the plane.

possible make a make shift shelter with the ruble until dusk. Start walking toward the town during the night time hours. Take the knife with me and as day nears cut my shirt and form a make shift umberlla to walk the reat of my jorney. By my calculations If I am walking 3 miles an hours I should make it there within 9 hours of walking time. So if I left at 8pm and took three one hours breaks I should arrive to the town at approx 8am and avoid the heat and sun.

There is no way a blade would have made it on to a flight to begin with.

The cell phone is useless.

The clothing you can make bandages and tourniquets with.

Your primary objective needs to be water.

If you are going to walk the 25 miles -- it needs to be at night.. Most likely it will take you two nights.

There are ways to get water from small vegeation and scrub brush.
