Go to my computer then click on control panel then click on add/remove programs. Then wait for list to populate. When ravman.exe comes up. probably end of list because it begins with r click on remove and go through the steps your computer will lead you.

is it a virus or something?if thats the case, you should have a reliable anti-virus program. if not, then you can manually delete it. but be careful, it might affect your system. if the said file is in windows folder then leave it, just add it to your block list in your windows firewall( winxp ). and one thing try to delete it in command, not in windows, if you do decide to take the risk and hope you succeed.

go search find the file location press ctrl + A and delete the file
