Heres a place to start.

It's free and easy to use, but it requires a plug-in (another free software program) so after recording you can export the file in MP3 format.
Just select "Record what I hear" and it will record what ever is coming out of the speakers.
I cant find the link at the moment for the plug-in but you can ask questions on thet site.

Right click the page and click View Page Source. Then look through the code for the file you want and use a download manager like GetRight to download it.
