Yes it has reopened 2 weeks ago at the same location as before, that is Newton Circus. Take the MRT to Newton station.

i) SBS Transit: 48, 57, 66, 170, 170x alight Newton Hawker Centre
ii) SBS Transit: 54, 124, 143, 162 alight at Newton MRT Station
iii) SMRT Bus: 67, 171, 700, 960, alight Newton Hawker Centre
iv) SMRT Bus: 167 alight Newton Hawker Centre
iiv) Bus Plus: 540 alight Newton Hawker Centre

Yes it's been reopen for a week already. Take a cab to get there all cabbies know where it at if not get the next cab.
