Yes.You have to move there and get elected president ,for starters.When you win you must demand that the US sever ties with PR.If they don't blow you up then overthrow the government and make it into a emperialist nation.And declare yourself EMPORER.I want to me able to move there when I retire from the military.So you better let me,since I told you how to become Emporer and all.
