The tissue that surrounds your urethra is still swollen, i.e., you are still hard. Wait a few more minutes for the swelling to go down. You'll have more control then.
btw, it's good that you are peeing after sex. Prevents urinary tract infections.

Probably b/c you're still hard. I think all of the blood pushes on the urethra and restricts the flow of urine.
