It's definitely PERSONALITY but............. in reality, looks comes first.
Often society view the person first to see whether that person is attractive enough to gain their attention to want to know their personality. It sucks to know that human are often shallow but it's a reality. Many claims personality comes first but ask yourself this, "If that person is not attractive to you, will you want to know him/her better? Know his/her personality?"
You know what i mean....

I think what is inside that counts is important then your looks..To many people worry about their looks. You need a good personality so then people will want to be around you .Who wants to be around somebody that their personality sucks. Who cares what people think about you if you are happy with your self that is all that matters.

U wouldnt date someone u cant stand to look at, and i hope people dont like people they can't stand to talk to. Again beauty is in the eyes of the beholder, but beauty is still important my friend. Its the whole package that makes someone desirable, not just one thing. So my answer, oddly enough would have to be BOTH.

ok obviously if you see someone for the first time its going to be about looks until you get to know them, but if once you get to know them personality is way more important.

both are important, i got the best of both worlds i got an absolute cracker with a brain and personaility to match me own. i'm like most people a person is only ugly on the inside, god i hate people like that.

Personality..dont get me wrong being hot is a plus but i mean who whats a hot guy that cant make you laugh?? I'll take personality any day
