She needs lots of love. Bulimia often comes from low self esteem. Cognitive therapy can help - replacing the negative thoughts causing the bulimia with positive ones.

Simply be there. Let her know you don't agree with her vomiting but that you are not going to stop being her friend.

She ought to seek medical help too.

she is burning her esaphuagus, and it can cause serious problems, from the stomach acid. You should really have an intervention, saying this is a horrible thing. Do her parents know?, They should go to the intervention as well, Any other close friends and family should support her. It is not making her stronger, because she is vomiting all of the neutrients, and carbs, and calories away. IT IS A SERIOUS PRBLEM, GET HELP!!!!!!

Bulemia is a psychological disorder. I would suggest that your friend see a counselor and enter a program for treatment. Some cases you must be admitted to an on-site program for a few weeks, others you attend regular sessions. She really needs to see a counselor because it is a disease. These types of things are very hard to break by yourself.

Bullimia is a disease, it needs to be treated by a professional. Try to talk your friend in to seeing a doctor or a therapist. The best thing you can do is be her friend so she has someone to talk to, try to be understanding and kind. Hugs! Von!

She needs professional help to find the underlying reasons, it's not something to mess about with. Besides that she needs an understanding friend like you.
