* Body language
Probably one of the most difficult suggestions for men to pick up on. A woman's body language may not be sexually suggestive enough for you to make a determination about her interest in you. But some key signs are: tilting the head while talking; clasping the hands behind her back while talking; and touching you or your clothes, while talking.
The flirting that women do is mostly harmless. If she is seeking more than just a friendly banter of conversation, she will surely let you know.

Oh, jeez...there are SOOO many ways. Firstly, I recommend you read Superflirt (by Tracey Cox). That's self-explanatory.

When I flirt, I tend to laugh more, smile more, and kind look at the guy that I'm flirting with. I'll also invade his space when I'm talking to him (very subtly, of course) and be a little touchy-feely. Another flirty sign: high heels. The higher, thinner, and strappier they are, the flirtier they are. You can also tell if someone's flirting by the body language. Like, if a girl is getting close to you, chances are that she's flirting. Or, if a girl flashes you her wrist--that's subconscious flirting. Also pay attention to the way her legs are (...and I don't mean what's between them! lmao..). Like if they are crossed, what's her leg on top pointing to? Whatever it's pointing at..that's the object of her attention right now. The sashaying of hips is also another sign of flirting..MAN there are SO many ways a girl can flirt with a cute guy.

There are many signs to look out for, but first i must ask are you sending her these signals as well, i think you should both bite the bullet and get it together.

But signs that she likes you
her face will light up when she sees you
she will smile alot
constant glances, and if you catch her she will look away then look back to see if you are still looking
wet her lips to make them look appealing - sure fire sign that she wants you to kiss her
biting and nibbling her lips givens the same impression
touching themselves as if hugging themselves, caressing around the neck, breasts, thighs indicates this is where she would like you to touch her!
when you are talking at close range or in a group she would lean toward you or listen intently all the while nodding and aggreeing with things you say, or nodding and smiling with her head at a slight tilt
when standing feet are usually pointed toward where where you want to be
and the other person will mirror image with you, meaning they will probably try to follow everything you do, this is usually on an unconcious level though.
she will be forever grooming her apperance, whether it be smoothing her hair, straightening her clothing or something similar
she will blush if you 'accidentally touch' her in anyway, and a smile will play upon her lips

There are other signs, but usually its a good indication that she wants you, if any of these things is done in unison with another.
