bsy in job so dnt hve enough time, energy (and money also) to go for a spoken english course. bt i want to develop myself.

For one thing, use spell check. You've forgotten some key vowels in your question. If you write better and people can see you are trying to learn English, they'll be supportive.
Read some classic books, Pretty much anything from before 1970 has good grammar and language. Read out loud as much as possible. This will give you a better idea of the rhythm of the language. Some books to begin with: The Good Soldier, House of the Seven Gables, The Scarlet Letter, Jude the Obscure, Tess of D'Ubervilles, David Copperfield, The Old Curiosity Shop (Dickens is usually fun to read), 1984.
Also, you may find some volunteer groups in your area that offer low cost or free English classes. Good luck.

SPELL CHECK-maybe you would become more knowledgeable about the language if you took the time to use spell check and the damn dictionary.
