I can see why believers don't like atheists like me. That's fine, it doesn't really bother me. What I find absolutely stupid is when christians say things like 'Muslims worship a false god.'
Oh really? I'm pretty sure they worship the same god as you. They even mention Jesus in the Koran.
Not that the Muslims don't do the same thing.
Personally, I think it's all a bunch of superstitious nonsense. But it's this religious mindest of 'my god is better than your god' nonsense that results in the horror show in the Middle East and throughout the world.
Point being, all of you supserstitious dopes should quit telling everyone how great your god is. Just shut up and worship by yourself. No one needs to hear it.

It has been my experience that all religions have a group of followers that think they are superior to all other religions... it isn't isolated to Christains. Again, when making sweeping generalizations like that, you are bound to be wrong...

Hmmm...well, since you are not involved, why not just let the religions duke it out and stay out of it?
Followers of Jesus are told by Him that we are to love our enemies. Do all Christians follow Jesus? Evidently not, but that is what He teaches.
Followers of Muhammed are taught that they are to "strike the infidel at the neck". Do all Muslims follow him? Let's hope not! (Btw, an "infidel" isn't necessarily someone who believes in a different god than a Muslim...it also includes...atheists. That's right, dude, YOU are an "infidel", according to Muhammed.)
Just hope like hell there will be some noble Christian around if/when some Muslim terrorist comes calling in YOUR neighborhood......

It has to do with the religion's beliefs. According to Christianity, people who aren't Christian automatically go to Hell once they die. Christians, on the other hand, have a chance to go to heaven. Therefore, Christians reason that they will be rewarded, so they are somehow superior.
The world would be a better place if instead of gloating, Christians would try to set a good example as a way of getting people to convert.

What Idiotic thought of those Christians to start off? There is no GOD. Don’t fall into the trap of believers they are just fooling themselves. Stand up do something yourself. Leave mercy & miracles to Mr. Jesus and his contemporary uneducated men. Jesus was a leader of uneducated people who were loser to start off. Very few 'Christians' are true to their professed religion. Most say that Jesus was a God, and only he could remain sinless. Thus denying their own faith.
Worshiping God in the manner he commanded is important if you want him to hear your prayers. If you want him to consider them at all, they have to be sincere, and in accord with his guidelines. It is said that improper prayers go to the Devil.

no, muslims DONT do the same things. muslims believe that christians may go to heaven if they act righteously in accordance with their own religion. it is christians who dont accept islam.
