Just watching what you eat will do it--it's just that it takes much longer than some of the "dangerous" diets. Dark chocolate has less fat than milk chocolate, and a small reward once in a while can help you stay on track. There are also those chewy things, can't think of the name, that come in different flavors, including chocolate, that can help when you're craving some chocolate. The growing taller thing, not much you can do about that. How old are you? My doctor told my son that he had stopped growing at 16. He wasn't happy about it, but he couldn't change it, either.
NO chocolate Ex-Lax! That's not a healthy way to lose weight.
Nutri-system is pretty pricey. I'd love to do it but can't afford it.

Organic Dark chocolate that is at least 70% cocoa is good for you because it contains antioxidants. In moderation of course. You can find this at most health food stores as well as some grocery stores in the specialty or health food section. And actually the best way to lose weight is to not go on a dangerous diet! Just eat what you like, but in moderation. The best foods for you are of course Natural foods such as fruit, veggies, nuts, seeds, beans, lentils, lean meat, avacado, olive oil, whole grains, organic brown eggs....
As far as growing taller, well that just has to take its course. If you are still growing then just give it some time. Good luck!

Chocolate? No.
Go to your doctor. Have him/her weigh you. First, discuss what your ideal weight should be.
Second, together, figure out how many calories you need to be eating based on how much you weigh now, how much you want to weigh, and how much exercise you do on a daily or weekly basis. Age will also be a factor here. The younger you are, the easier it will be to lose
weight. ;-)
Keep your doctor involved in the plan, and you shouldn't go wrong.
When I was a teenager (I'm 45 now) I went on a 900 calories per day diet. I followed the nutrition food guide pyramid and exercised daily. It worked out well for me, because, by sticking to the nutrition guide, I found I was able to eat enough to not feel hungry, I had enough energy, and I was able to satisfy my sweet tooth.
Interesting thing about craving sweets: often, our body craves one thing because it needs another. WHen you are eating healthy, you don't crave the sweets as often, and when you do crave them, it's amazing how well a piece of fruit satisfies that craving.
Remember that a calorie is a unit of energy. I kept a calorie-counting diary, so that I could record my calorie intake each day.

No such thing. However, dark chocolate is a healthier alternative than milk chocolate b/c it has antioxidants in it. As for losing weight, when I was trying to drop the pounds before I got married, I would allow myself one of my favorite pieces of chocolate once a week as a reward for eating healthy all week. I would look forward to that chocolate SO much all week and it was so wonderful that I was all set for another week of no chocolate.
Make healthier food choices like lean, grilled meats. Avoid deep fried foods at all costs. Cut way back on sugars and corn syrups as they metabolize into fat. Eat wheat breads and wheat pastas, rather than white.
You can't grow taller. Women reach their full height by the time they're 18-20 years old. If you're concerned with your height, wear heels.

Only on Fantasy Island can chocolate help you loose weight. If you are dieting and want chocolate, dark chocolate is the best to eat but it will not help you loose weight. Best way to loose weight is a low carb diet and there are some sugar-free candies and chocolates that taste wonderful. Russell Stovers has great sugar-free chocolates :) best of luck to you.

first of all. no chocolate is going to help you lose weight. you don't have to go on a dangerous diet, either, just count your caloric intake, make sure it is less calories in than what you burn during the day.
PS, you can't do anything about height.
