Why doesn't the frosting the comes in a toaster's strudel box freeze when it's in the freezer?

it says to keep them frozen, but when you take them out to toast one, the frosting is never frozen!! whyyyyy?

Because it's made from shortening and shortening doesn't freeze.

because one of the major ingredients is plant fat or shortening which does not freeze at those temperatures it freezes at a much colder temperature.
