there is a thing that comes on t.v where you put in your window like a fan or something i need to know more information about it?

They don't work. We bought one here at work to settle a bet (I won by the way) the solar fan cooled the car by 3 degrees versus one with windows up, a car with all four windows cracked was cooler by 5 degrees than the solar fan car and a car with windows all the way down was 22 degrees cooler than the solar fan car. This product is a waste of money....
You might try putting some towels on your seat instead.

I have never tried one of those fans. If it is like a lot of other things that you see on the infomercials it will not work very well. One thing that i have tried and it works is to put your windows down a little and put a towel over the window and then put the window all of the way up. If you are sitting in your car then put the windows down. If the towel is thin it will stay in the rubber seal at the top of the door frame. A sunshade for your windshield used in combination with the towels should really help keep your seats cooler.

Yeah, that solar fan is useless.
The bit they show on TV where the car without it is at 105 degrees and the other one is at 75 was done on a 60 degree day. Totally bogus!
Use a sun shade on the windshield. Park in the shade if possible. Get window tint. Crack the windows and tilt the sunroof if no rain is forecast. Put a light colored towel over the seats. That's about all you can do.
