Try remember things from long ago. Try brain teasers/puzzles.
Try learning definitions & ck. yourself periodically. Try to recall
all of your school data facts:friends, old books you've read,
school subjects.Just check yourself everyday on all of the things
you see:retrace places you've been, people you've seen, objects
you've seen. Test yourself.
