What is the actual reason why people get Arthritis? Is it just something that you get? Can it be hereditary? What actually happens to your bones when you have it? And is it a scientific fact that cracking your knuckles definately gives you it?

there are many factors that cause it.
Could be poor nutrition (low calcium causes your bones to get weak).. could be obesity (excess weight causes extra strain on the joints in the legs --hips knees ankles) could be just gettin older. Arthritis is more common in the elderly population. Keep active, it keeps your joints stronger. Walk, swim, aerobics, etc can keep your joints stronger...running is actually more stressful on your joints since it jars them with every step u take. If you've had injuries to joints, this can also cause arthritis to set in. Some people actually are starting to find that osteoarthritis (the most common type) can be genetic, so if ur mom and dad both have it, chances are you could also develop it. You're posture could also play a part in developing arthritis in the spine. Stand straight and avoid slouching a lot to help your spine keep its normal curves, which decreases the strain on the vertebra in the spine.
there are rheumatoid problems, where there is an autoimmune problem in the joints that they will deteriorate without these other mentioned problems.
If you have questions or concerns, you should discuss them with your doctor. There is no "cure" for arthritis, once your joints are damaged, the joints are damaged forever. They can replace joints like your hip or knee, but cannot replace finger joints, or replace your vertebra in your spine.

There are several types. The most common osteoarthritis is caused by wear and tear on the joint surfaces. Collagen diseases such rheumatoid arthritis and metabolic diseases such as gout all occur. No cracking your knuckles is a bad habit, but does not give arthritis.

I developed Arthritis when I was 13. It's not just a disease for the old.

I don't know what causes it, perhaps it is hereditory as my mother had it bad.

Cracking your knuckles won't help.

Rheumatoid arthritis is an autoimmune disease where the body's immune system has been hijacked (usually by a viral infection) and its attacks are misdirected at the tissues of the body's joints. Thyroid disease is one of the most common health problems we face today. From a practical standpoint, there are many ways to approach this issue. Learn here https://tr.im/FgwUy

Hypothyroidism, or underactive thyroid, is a very common problem, and there are many reasons for this, including drinking chlorinated and fluoridated water, and eating brominated flour.

Chlorine, fluoride, and bromine are all in the same family as iodine, and can displace iodine in your thyroid gland.

Secondly, many people simply aren't getting enough iodine in their diet to begin with. The amount you get from iodized salt is just barely enough to prevent you from getting a goiter.
