i'm finally moving on. I've decided that it was time to let go of whatever it was i was holding onto in him..... and so i did it. finito. how do i get my mind off the little soreness there still is when i think about him?

honestly,u cld concentrate on work or some other guy but the honest truth is it'll take a whole lot more to heal u totally.,the only thing that can truly do that is a relationship wit God.focus on who God has said u are and then and only then would u realise u didnt need him or anyone else in the first place.and besides that would help u in future relationships

You did the hard part, now the second step is do something good for you. Take a long walk, buy yourself something, get a pedicure or massage, pamper yourself. Now call up the girls and let them know you are back into the swing of things and plan to go out this weekend and hang with the girls! Everytime you think of him do some type of exercise. It will not only get you into shape, but will also get you tired of thinking of him. I used to do 20 sit ups everytime I thought about my ex. I lost 70 pounds and now I thank him for being an idiot!

the only way to pick a thorn that is stuck in ur foot is by using the most sharp material which is a pin...kiss another guy that u think u like(not love) en there must be no strings attached, i assure u that it wil definitely put your mind at ease thinking about him not that easily though but as u try to move on moment by moment he wil snap out of ur mind. gosh i wonder what he did but goodluck through ur recovery.

You say you're ready to move on, so why are you still thinking about him? I still think about my ex but usually in the context of what hes doing with our kids and things like that. If you are truely better off without him, tell yourself that every time you catch yourself thinging about him.

Try having fun with friends and if you dont have any try to have fun with yourself. For me, saturday night sob is always working. Rent some sad dvd that will make you cry all night (like The Green Mile) to be enjoyed by yourself

search and destroy, all bday cards valentine cards pictures little momentos the whole shebang. he's probably done the same already. and break all contact

i dont know... its been a month since my ex left me for someother guy..... whenever i see her.... i feel helpless. its been 40 days... but atleast i am trying to recover from it.... it hurts but some day iwill be out of it.........
