Plenty of types to measure, plenty of penis-types and status.
Type to measure:
1) You measure with your eyes watching from teh top to your own penis. The average is very short because he is hanging and you cannot see him very much.
2) You measure with your eyes watching the others. You can see the whole length of your competitors and it is always longer than yours.
So, with this type, your penis looks always shorter than others.
Penis-type and status:
1) The blood penis: Nearly fully inside in relaxed status. You cannot see anything. But the expansion when seeing a woman can be 500% and more.
2) The flesh penis: Fully outside. You see everything. Expansion, 20% when getting hot.
When in a sauna or under the shower, the average blood penis is covered with a towel. The flesh penis not. So, it seems that every visible penis is sooo long. Don't get scared.

It differs in different countries.
I think the U.K. average is about 6 inches.
The U.S. is about 4 and a half inches.
Afro-Carribeans have a reputation for being longer.
It's all irrelevant though. They all do the same thing.
