Yes, they do....through certain testing and blood pressure testing....it has been proven that dogs do get headaches. They might act sluggish, aggressive and tired as a result. Too bad they can't ask for a 'Tylenol', eh?

Dog and human bodies are not that far different from eachother so it wouldn't surprise me to find that our dogs can get headaches.
It can often be the sign of the "no reason" illnesses too (not eating, sleeping all day, vomitting). I mean, think about it, if our headaches get bad enough (usually migraine type) we don't want to have day to day activitiy either.
So yeah, I'd say absolutely a dog can get a headache!!!
But don't EVER give your dog tylenol, it's toxic to them. Use baby asprin or ibuprofen instead.

I don't see why not. My kat is suffering from the heat even indoors with the AC. He looks like he is going to die. Poor thing.
