Get a good, solid 8 hours of sleep, do not eat anything for a few hours before going to bed, especially carbs. Exercise in the evening, establish a routine, maybe wear earplugs. Feeling good in the morning depends on the quality of your sleep the night before.

There's a great book called 'Natural Highs' by Dr Patrick Holford. It talks about different supplemets that you can take depending on what your body needs - there's a questionnaire in the beginning where you figure out what chemicals your body might be lacking and then the book gives advice on what to take and what quantities. Its all natural, nothing funny or unhealthy and I know a few people who have benefitted. I've seen it available on Amazon. Good luck.

Meditate at the time you sleep.Live a simple life.Do not drink so the problem of hang over does not arise. Pray whichever God you respect.Think what good deed you performed during the day and also what you should not have done.Wash your feet at night time. Think positive, count blessings of God .Walk few miles in open.

Ok, when you wake up, don't roll out of bed, jump out then run to the bathroom then stick on the shower, jump in, turn it from hot to cold, then back again, whilst singing a Madonna song.
You should feel set up for the day!

Ask your doctor to send you to a sleep clinic. You could have sleep apnea, which makes you tired and foggy-feeling all day. As soon as I got a CPAP (sleep breathing) machine I felt normal for the first time in years. Do a google on "sleep apnea" and see if it sounds like what you are experiencing. If you don't sleep alone, ask your bed partner if you snore - you won't hear it yourself, but that is one sign of sleep apnea. Don't delay - if it is apnea, it won't go away on its own, and it can damage your heart.

OK. Well, eating a good breakfast would be one. If you don't have time to, or you're not really hungry, eat a banana. And yes, getting to bed early and plenty of sleep works, too.

Wen u wake up.......make sure that the room is lighted.It sure helps.Drinkin water before sleepin is said to give u sweet dreams.Sweet dreams will help u wake up fresh.

get plenty of sleep and get up before you sleep more than 8 hours. have some coffee when you wake and have some breakfast. showers work to wake you up. finally remember,carpe diem!
