Love and hatred are the two sides of the same coin. We hate a person , whom we loved. Nobody will hate a total stranger, with whom you never had any emotional attachment. The only remedy is that every time you love some body, be conscious that it may turn sour also. In other words, be moderate in your relations. Be prepared for any eventuality. Do not put premium on any relationship. Buddha's middle path is the prescription.

There is no way you can hate someone after you loved them. Who are you Jackie Chang? You may dislike the situation that you were placed in at the time, which maybe was unexpected. And maybe for a little you will be disappointed in the person who caused the situation - but life goes on; just stay away for a bit and you will pass the feeling. Time is the essence.

If you consider how much energy it takes to hate someone you would not want to hate. Hate will eat YOU alive. It probably isn't even bothering him, just you.

Hate is easier to deal with than hurt. You will have to figure out why you hate him and write it down. Read it after you calm down and you should be able to see in yourself what the real problem is so you can resolve the issue and move on.

Make sure the reason you hate him is not just hurt disguised? Remember that bitterness is the pill that you swallow in the hopes that someone else will get sick. Whatever the reason for the breakup you still have the choice to live in the past, the present or the future.... Good luck

well personally I just have a long talk with myself n remember I am an adult n hate does not work in life. its over if he was a jackass thats his fault but it does not make me less of a woman because he was wrong. let it go get rid of the anger n matter what he did u survived it n its over.

show his *** ur the better person be nice friendly n show em they made the mistakes not me.besides u can kill em with kindness better than with a bullet. lol meaning they suffer longer if they see they did not get 2 u.

Chaces are you were in "lust" with them, not love. Think of how you can forgive your parents after you have a disagreement. That is more like love. Caring for someone even though you may not always "like" them.
