Maybe, but I think they can tell if your cervix has been dialated. They can tell if you have never had a vaginal delivery as well. Don't worry about it, they are doctors and have no right to judge you when it is perfectly legal to do this. It is an ethical matter not a matter that a doctor should be concerned with. Actually it is important that they know about it in regards to your health. If you have problems down the road, without your complete medical history in order to make the decisions about your health for you not them.

No I don't believe so but you should be honest with your doctor about your physical history. If you are so concerned about what your doctor thinks, find another whose opinion of a personal choice doesn't matter as much to you. Remember this, the doctor works FOR you not the other way around.

I'm sure they can tell you were once pregnant. I wouldn't keep that kind of information a secret from your doctor. It helps the doctor in your medical care to know your complete history. There's nothing wrong with having one.. I have

Absolutely. As long as your exam requires that you have a pap smear. Otherwise, a regular physical exam does not include that. They just draw blood, check your weight, blood pressure, (and possibly a stress test.) They are looking for any abnormalities in your system. I would have to question a pap smear on a regular physical exam.

Common sense tells me, it depends on the extent of physical exam and on the scars left by the process. With medical science now, nothing seems impossible. take care of yourself.

Two good rules for a safe life: NEVER lie to your doctor, or your lawyer. They both have your best interests at heart.
