do not crash diet you can do more harm than good .cut down on things that contain high -fructose corn syrup . make sure that you do some kind of exercise . And by all means check with your doctor before starting any diet or exercise plan .

Lots of protein and no empty calories! Remember there are so many diets because everyone has different ways, if yours is not working then TRY Something else. the one I suggested is a very good way.
