The fact that various animals exhibit sexual behavior, within their groups, toward the same sex is not just a simple sexual preference, it is all related to group dynamics which, in turn relate to who gets the best nutrition and oportunities to breed. It is about dominance and submission (not in a kinky way!). If you watch a group of domesticated dogs running free you will notice that there is generally a pecking order which is demonstrated by 'humping'. Cows do it too. It does not directly relate to the behaviour of Human beings who have same sex relationships, being a primitive form of demonstrating status within a group. The fact that certain animals will attempt to mate with sexually immature animals within their group is a similar thing, which does not directly relate to human paedophiles (if you can call them human!) and could not be used to condone their behaviour within civilised society.
I heared an interesting lecture some years ago, given by a gay Buddhist, who was suggesting that gay sexual relationships could be considered as more highly evolved because of the very fact that such forms of sex cannot lead to reproduction. He suggested that the primitive urge to reproduce has been overcome in some human beings, leading to higher evolution. It was interesting but I'm not entirely convinced it was a sound argument.
I prefer not to stand in judgement of other peoples lifestyles so long as there is no abuse or suffering of any kind (which occurs just as much in straight relationships as any other!).

Yeah and look where those GAYS end up, no where, they cant reproduce and they cant fulfill their biological duties, which just like all living things is to reproduce, or increase your biological fitness (how many offspring you can produce). I have no problem with gays either, but biologically speaking they are useless (dont take this the wrong way)
In strictly biological terms, if they are not propogating their own genetic materials, they are intentionally taking themselves out of the gene pool. Even the simplest creatures on the planet, including bacteria and fungi reporduce. That is the sole purpose of life on this planet, every living organism strives to increase its own fitness, but gays have chosen no such path.
Its fine with me if they dont want to increase their own fitness, leave none of their genes behind and be the last of their bloodline.
All that means is more women for me, and more room in the pool (gene pool that is)
So in human standards, they are perfectly normal, actually they are the most popular people in hollywood, but in nature all of the organisms that exhibit homosexuality are erased from the earth, they act in ways that dont allow them to reproduce and therefore have no fitness at all.

Have you ever seen monkeys or apes in the zoo throwing lumps of cra* at each other?

Are we talking about sex per se here? Or are we talking about two people who fall in love and they happen to be both of the same sex?
People do fall in love, and what can they do if sometimes cupid plays a dirty trick on them and makes them fall for a person of the same sex? But that is love....I don't know what to make of the homosexual guys who hang around near gents toilets???!

Does it matter if homosexuality is natural or cultural? If it's natural the fundamentalist freaks will say the gays are like animals, or that they are uncivilized. If it's cultural, they will say it's against God's will.

I think it's fair and obvious that its abnormal sexual behavior that occurs in nature the same way other abnormalities occur like albinism or cleft pallets. it happens.
all nice people should be treated with kindness, but to say it's "Normal" is nuts.
