An eating disorder is a compulsion to eat in a way which disturbs physical health. The eating may be excessive (compulsive over-eating); too limited (restricting); may include normal eating punctuated with episodes of purging; may include cycles of binging and purging; or may encompass the ingesting of non-foods. The best-known eating disorders are ANOREXIA nervosa and BULIMIA nervosa. Of course, many people fail to realize that the most widely and rapidly spreading eating disorder is compulsive overeating or BINGE EATING disorder. There are numerous theories as to the causes and mechanisms leading to eating disorders. The three most common eating disorders are anorexia, bulimia and binge eating disorder. All three of these have severe consequences to a person's health and can even cause death.

I have never heard of the ones you just listed but somebody has an eating disorder when they are obsessed with their weight and the way they want to look. Often these people are very skinny and continue convincing themselves that they are fat so they end up getting very sick from loosing so much weight (for example my friend is anorexic and i had to go see her in the hospital last night because she's been very sick because she hasn't eaten in so long - eating disorders can be VERY dangerous.
Anorexia (when they almost stop eating)
Bulimia (when they binge - eat a lot - and then make themselves throw up)
Bingeing (eating excessively... large portions and not stopping even when you're full)

EDNOS = Eating Disorders Not Otherwise Specified Eg. A person who eats paper or only strawberries.
ORTHOREXIA = A person who insisits on food being prepared and eaten in a certain way. eg. Takes great pains to butter a piece of bread using only certain types of butter, making sure that the butter is even all over and to the edge of the bread. Only eats food they are certain has been produced according to their (extreme) rules.
COE = Compulsive Over Eating. (Self explanatory)

I'm not sure about the other words you have up there, but eating disorders are disorders where people have eating issues, such as anorexia, where one starves themselves to thinness, or bulemia, where one binges (eats too much) then purges(throws up or exercises fanatically)
