If your problem is that you cannot get to sleep, my suggestion is that before you go to bed, like about 30 minutes before, eat a small snack. I suggest 1-2 oz of turkey (triptophan - spelling approximate), a cracker or a cookie, or if you are concerned about your weight - a low glycemic carbohydrate, like ½ apple, and also some nuts - almonds or peanuts are best. Do drink a glass of water with this. This is a recipe for some slow burning energy that will help level your blood sugar out for the night.
If your sleeplessness is due to your brain seeking blood sugar, because it is getting low in the middle of the night, this recipe will help that.

Having sleeping problems? you can over the counter sleep aids or try reading a book if you don't want to take pills. Sounds like you have alot on your plate right now, slow down and enjoy life your to busy!

Try to relax, read a book, talk a walk. Maybe you need to cut back a little on all you activities maybe if you can put them on a rotating schedule so you don;t have so mauch everyday.

I don't get it. You mean you can't sleep? They say you should not excersise like 3 hours before bed or something

I think they are but chose just one of them, i play Gymnastic if you like try it also.
