But our husbands allow us to have an open relanship so that we can be happy. she broke up with me cause she said she needed to concitrat on her husband. but then she said this was not permant and that she would want me back soon. I don't know if I should trust this. I mean if she broke up with me once wouldn't she do it again? What should I say to her?

Get a life! Let your girlfriend concentrate on her husband and leave her alone. If you have a husband try and be a good wife. There are more important things in this life than being selfish. Try some volunteer work.
