now that i think about i really dont. i mean i really try to but its not easy. zlike there is sooo many dstractions and u forget. i heard that good posture would affect wether u have all the back pains and neck painns or if u slouch. I dont slouch but i do have neck and back pains

Not as much as I should...but at times yes...I'll occasionally catch myself slouching or with my head stuck out in front of me...I try to be more correct and take care of my back..
