Please don't say from Microsoft site cuz I can't find download link on that page.Help me , I'll give you 10 points.

When you get to the Microsoft page, look under Resources, on the left hand side of the page, you will see Downloads as the first choice, click on that and about halfway down that page you will see a heading of DirectX, click on that.
While you may have a problem with the MS site, it's always best to get MS software directly from them. That way you know it's the genuine article.
