A great way to use up left over roast beef or use cubes of fresh steak.

Fry beef until warmed through or cooked in olive oil or butter with a chopped clove of garlic. Add some chopped mushrooms and a good sprinkle of paprika. Next add a splash of brandy, flame it off or cook unitl the 'alcohol' smell has gone. Add cream to give a nice sauce, reduce a little. Serve.

Fry the beef strips, and remove them. Fry the onion, and then put a tub of sour cream in, and gently heat it, till it's warmed. After it's warmed, add some tomato paste, to your liking, and some cracked pepper, and garlic. Put the beef back in, and simmer for a half an hour. Serve with rice, as a bed. If you don't like beef, you can do chicken, or anything else that you fancy,

Colmans do a very nice packet mix but if you would like to do it from scratch,

sour cream
a little bit of mustard
salt and pepper

does it very well. You can add some red and green peppers for colour and also mushrooms go well.

Bon appetite!

I made it the other night and it was yummy!!!!!!!
Single cream black pepper and dijon mustard all these things are to taste so just put a bit in to begin with and add as you need too.
