Take it to the vet anyway and tell them you found it and it needs medical help. I think once they see it, they won't be able to turn you away. You could also contact Animal Control and they'll take it and have it examined; if it survives, it'll be taken to a shelter.

I have a lot of cats, this happens very often with kittens. Keep cleaning its eyes with a wet cotton regurarly. If the infection has been there for long, it might not be able to see very clearly in the future. If it's too smal you have to feed it with a dropper (or a straw). Warm the milk a bit before you feed it. Not too warm though, body temperature.
If you do these it will be just fine. Oh! and little kittens need someone to wet their "thing" before they can pee. Use a wet cotton as well for this. Good luck!!

Plz don't take it to a animal shelter take to your nearest Vet office. Most all vets will give the animal everything it needs to get well and they almost all the time will work out a pynt plan.If you take it to a animal shelter it will be put to sleep(most of the time anyway) If you don't want the kitten I would still take it to the Vet before the animal shelter b/c the Vet will keep it and it will have abetter chance their.Hope this helps

You should wipe its eyes off with warm water. You also can put some neosporin sround the outside of its eyes to help stop the infection. It may be best to bring it to the SPCA or an animal shelter so it can have proper vet care if you can't afford it.

Take it to an animal shelter. That's what they're there for. They will attend to its needs. It shouldn't have to suffer. If you aren't near an animal shelter call all the veterinarians in your area and explain the situation. I bet one of them would help you out.

Bring it to your local humane society, they will care for it until it gets better, then they will find a loving home for it.
