The honest answer is that if a guy is coming on to you wiht lines, or by being nice and everything in between he probably wants to get some, at least in younger years. However that does not make him a player, just attracted to you, the player will reveal himself in other ways. Watch for any little red flags, listen to your head as well as your heart. everyone will want something from a girl, as for you any line or anything just tell him to go to your father and ask for your hand then come back and complete the line.

I never use any "lines" as such, more a way of talking to the girl and telling her what she wants to hear,
And you should look out for all lines!
