Most people stop growing at age 22 or less. Doctors can tell if you have stopped growing by x-raying your hands. This sounds weird but is true. Any type of growth hormones, steroids etc that you want to try to gain height are not going to work (at any time in you life). All gimmicks. However some people continue to grow into their 30's. My last growth spurt was at age 27 when I hit 6'4" another 2 inches. It can happen, but is rare. (that is how I know about the hand thing) When I started getting taller at 27 I went to see the doctors and was x-rayed.
