i have to wake up at 5.30 am so i wanted to know if anybody knew what to do and what to have for breakfast!!! like can you eat a super smoothie or that's not good enough!! please help

Go to sleep early, say around 10.00 P.M. and use an alram clock and set the time to ring at 5.30 A.M. It is so simple.

Tell your brain clearly what time you need to be awake, fix the face of clock in your mind and think what the face will be at 5:30. Get quality sleep before 5:30PM - - - comfortable bed, no invasive light, curl up with a Cat. When you wake up at 5:30 AM STAY awake never give in to urge to crawl back beneath covers. Go hit the shower. Go make coffee. Drink coffee, a Coffee smoothie sounds delicious. No heavy breakfast. Hit the day with positive verve and anticipation.

It all depends upon how much sleep you get and if you have a medical condition. I used to sleep for 8 hours and always woke up tired. It turned out that I have severe apnia and was awakening approximately every 15 minutes without realizing it. The sleep study revealed this. Today, I sleep great with a CPAP machine.

I had to get up early for the first time in a long time a couple days ago. I recommend getting to bed an hour or two earlier, making sure your alarm is set, and eating whatever you want (as long as you are taking in fuel) for breakfast... Remember your stomach is your engine, make sure you eat enough for whatever you are going to be doing.

invest in an alarm clock, although they don't always wake you up 100%. or try those machine things that supposedly give off natural light and wakes you up the natural way (never used one). but in my opinion, people waking you up is probably the safest bet. nothing can replace people knocking on your down repeatedly and then placing an icebag on your face...remember to eat a large, healthy breakfast in the morning to keep your energy up for the day. breakfasts are supposed to be the biggest meal for the day, although i never have time to eat in the morning.

open up the curtain at night. when the sun comes up and streams in, it should help you to awaken. I always wake up with the sun. Even if I want to sleep in. I woke up at 5 this morning. I don't know about breakfast, but I always have a cup of coffee to wake up and a glass of water to hydrate.

you need to set alarm and when it rings get straight out of bed and into the shower don't lie in bed for that little bit longer you will become more tired and maybe drop back off. dress straight away and then try a glass of cold pure orange juice and a bowl of cereal as breakfast is the most important meal of the day.Good luck!

I wake up 5:30 also and I'm like dead to the World and I dont know what to do. I end up taking a shower, eating a bagel and having a coffee and off I go....

i do so too.solution:go to bed really early,like @8 pm. i know it may sound like a horrible solution and booring but i promise you,you feel so energized in the morning,u don't even mind waking up at this unGodly hour!
for breakfast? have something you really enjoy ,i mean you do deserve a little something for waking up at this hour!plus I KNOW the calories will burn really fast just because it's early-LOL-so indulge in a nice breakfast!
