Okay what exactly is NOT a sin according to the bible?? I have been reading off the wall answers all day about what is a sin. If there really is one of those "judgement days" I am soooo F*CKIN SCREWED!
So please list what is okay to do...here's the twist, it has to be okay and not a sin to all religions.

Wow its amazing the many interpritations of this question. I am not religous, nor am I looking for salvation. I would really like to see if there is even ONE thing any of those that are religous can agree on. And so far NOTHING!

To loosely quote the Pet Shop Boys from faulty memory...
Everywhere you've ever been
Everywhere you're going to
Everything you've ever done
Everything you'll ever do
...IT'S A SIN!

It's hard to say what will get you into trouble and it varies from religion.
I mean if we go down the list of commonalities one of the first items is any form of sex outside of marriage. That's one where almost everyone fails!
Virtually every accepted "good" religion is opposed to pre-martial sex.
As for most everything else it varies. Some has fasting rituals you must follow.
Some forbid eating pork, beef or meat of any kind.
Some require you bow and pray in a given direction every day or twice a day.
Some require you cover your head.
Failure to follow these rules gets you into trouble.
Many agree in worship of a "God" -- the name could vary -- and no other person or thing.
As to what is ok to do, most agree being a GOOD PERSON is an ok thing in every religion. Helping people out, being nice, kind, etc.
As to judemente day, as far as I know that's a primary Christian, although the Jews also learned about something like it in the old testiment and Muslim thing. That amounts to about half the relgions.
Christian theology is very abstract and contradictory. Jesus said those who believe in him shall have ever lasting life and will see the kingdom of heaven. Revelations says that on judgement day everyone and all souls will be called before God for judgement based on the book of life and what they did in their lives and those whos names are not listed do not go to heaven, especially those with the mark of the beast. This leaves open the possiblity that even Christians who accept Jesus may not go to heaven if they worship false prophets and part take, accidentally or willfully, in those elements of the beast.
Jesus also made it clear to people that once they are saved or repented they must go and sin no more. In otherwords stop willfull acts.
Some also say those who are not baptized will not receive the holy sprit or possibly not go to heaven.
So, basically, be a good person and don't follow or support false prophets. As to how you know a false prophet, look to God and Jesus for answers and these answers are often common with other religions.
Don't cheat, lie, steal, murder, worship false God or idols, yearn for what you neighbor has, don't be loose sexually, rest at least one day a week making it a religious or holy day, be tolerant, nice, kind, but don't be a door mat at the same time, don't get taken advatage of, yet be helpful, considerate, love those around you even those you don't know or those who are unkind to you.
Live a good, clean, pure life. Watch who you align yourself with.
Understand there are no warranties. You can do all these things, avoid the pitfalls and still no be in the book of life. Ultimately it is up to God to decide.
My motto is don't do things for rewards. Do things because they are the right thing to do and by now you should know right from wrong. If not consult a higher source such as the Bible and read what is the wrong way.
Jesus once counselled man to be as little children.
The Bible also says the meek shall inherit the Earth.
Man is sinful by nature. Man lives, essentially, in a Pagan world of pleasures. It's a matter of being a good person and not becoming lost in those pleasures. Excess is considered wrong or sinful or bad.
There is no list of things to do or say or not do.
Doing something for a reward is probably the biggest sin. I go to church so I can get to heaven. I accept Jesus so I can get to heaven.
A God who says get down and kiss my boot or else, is not a very good God.
Do what you do, because you believe in your heart it's the correct thing to do with no rewards in mind.
That's the best advise I can give you and there are no warranties expressed or implied.

1. It is whatever goes against your conscience.
2. Don't trust what others tell you, read it directly out of the Bible (if that is what you go by), because that is what God will judge you by not what others say.
Looking for a quick list of 'dos and don'ts', from people you do not know, on an Internet message board for guaranteed salvation that appeases all the religions sounds scary to me. I mean we are talking about your eternal salvation, right?
This may sound tough, but... Do your own homework and make your own decisions. It's okay to ask for direction but then decide for yourself. Good luck in your search!

There is only one truth;
1jo 5:2 By this we know that we love the children of God, when we love God, and keep his commandments.
1jo 5:3 For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments: and his commandments are not grievous.
Jas 2:9 But if ye have respect to persons, ye commit sin, and are convinced of the law as transgressors.
Jas 2:10 For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all.
1jo 3:4 Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law.

Sin is a deliberate thought, word, deed, or omission contrary to the eternal law of God.
Sin is a personal act. Moreover, we have a responsibility for the sins committed by others when we cooperate in them:
- by participating directly and voluntarily in them;
- by ordering, advising, praising, or approving them;
- by not disclosing or not hindering them when we have an obligation to do so;
- by protecting evil-doers.
With love in Christ.

You know what sin is! Does someone really have to tell you between right and wrong. Look at your language, maybe you should start there.

If you do this you won't sin, (1) Love God most, (2) Love others more than you Love yourself, (3) Love yourself lots. (4) Live like that.
Do this and you won't sin, cause you'll be more considerate of others, and You'll always care what God thinks most.
