my lil brother is always annoying why do they have to be that way and not only brothers boyfriends or girlfriends too??

I know what you mean, i have two little brothers and they drive me nuts, but i love em all the same. I just hate it when they hi-jack my computer, mess up my room and say gross things.

He is bored or else he wouldn't bother you. Irritating you gives him something fun to do. If you occupy him with something that he likes to do he will not bother you so much. Try it.
