Well since noone I know has said twenty O6, then one can only assume that based on the current data and trend that they will say 2 thousand 15, although I'd rather have it the other way.

I think 2015 is easier to say so I'd stick with that. As long as no one says "20 and 15" or "2 thousand and 15," it's all good...I HATE it when people add "and," you're not supposed to say that!!!

I would say twenty-fifteen, like nineteen-fiften (1915). The current year (or decade) is the "odd-man out". We say nineteen-oh-six, rather than nineteen hundred and six, but two thousand and six rather than twenty-oh-six.
