"bootylicious" would a "lovely body" again in afro-american slang
not new words in English dictionary but sure new to the ghetto dictionary.

It means a shapely woman, a woman who has curves, a thick woman. A Woman that has body.

Not a new word, but more of a poetic license! I understood it means loving your body just the way it is, no matter the size or shape.
