I had a bag of baby carrots, I put them in a ziploc bag, I went to use them three days later, and they were all slimey and nasty. Please help. My son was so upset that he couldn't have carrots that night. :-(

If you have them from a grocers, keep them cold and dry, don't put them in a any plastic bag as they will sweat and rot.
Best way, grow your own carrots and leave the green tops on, they stay fresh longer!

Dry, cold and ventilated. Anything wet or bagged will spoil, even in a fridge.
