How do you write the word "aamar" in Arabic?

Thanks for your response. Here's the some elaboration...

According to Ibn Abdul Barr:
"If one is mentioning the jinn that live among mankind, they are called aamar whose plural is amaar."

This could be. I know nothing of Arabic, but when messing around in Hebrew, I learned there's definately more than one way to transliterate a language.

i googled it and found nothing maybe I spelled it wrong but I think you mean Ommar which means the ones who keep the place up or improve it
sorry i cant find an exact english word for it

It can be written by multiple ways, so if I got it right (A male's name) then: عمار But if you mean another word, tell me its meaning or the context it's in.
EDIT:
I'm really sorry, but I'm not sure. Jinn anyway is a spirit, we as Muslims believe to exist, besdies humans. The word Jinn is wirtten like so: جن . Buit this is as far as I know.

Yes, it is a type of Djinn that seems to live closer to us then the other kind, they arent Shayten (follows of Iblis) but usually nicer...Maybe fairies?

it might mean
amaar = moon
ammar = a guy's name
aamaar = means nothing
amaar = means he ordered or gave an ordered . ana amaartak , i ordered you to do so .
