Has anyone else had trouble with the LM9250 Litter box?

It is the largest automated litter box made by littlermaid. It has an ionic air cleaner and is perfect for multiple cats.

I don't know what model I had but the motor took a turn for the worse and decided not to work any more...I think it was just over use.
