WHOA WHOA WHOA!!!! Slow down girls!! You are all highly brainwashed by the american consumerism!! Not to mention the obvious commercial damage !~ The Feminine hygene products industry would have us all believe that we are filthy, smelly and unclean between our legs at all times!! UNTRUE!!
Womens bodies are a delicately balanced eco-system. Generally speaking, use only unscented, non-deodorant soaps or ones with VERY little fragrence, like ivory or dove bar. Try not to switch soaps often. DO NOT!! I Repeat! DO NOT!! Use feminine deodorant soaps , sprays, powders or whatever their new gimmick might be!! ALSO DO NOT DOUCHE!!!! EVER!! unless directed to do so by a doctor and confirmed by your Gynocologist! All of the above items throw your body's natural balance off and generally lead to yeast infections, rashes or (shudder) worse!!
LADIES!! YOUR VAGINIA DOES NOT SMELL BADLY!! NOR DOES IT SMELL OF FISH!!
\If there is a significant change in your natural smell, chances are there is an infection present. Watch for abnormal discharge and consult your doctor.
TO DATE ~ THERE HAS NEVER BEEN A WOMANS VAGINIA THAT SMELLED OF FEILD FLOWERS OR A SPRING RAIN NATURALLY!! EVER!!!
Think on it gals! just taking care of your personal hygene on a daily basis with soap and water is more than enough! Nature has intended the opposite sex to be attracted to each other by means of bodily secretions. Hormones, pheramones and the like are not of much use if they have been beaten into submission by a chemical attack because the host believes itself to be unclean! HOW STUPID WILL YOU LET YOURSELF BE TREATED??
Okay now to address you specifically! STOP WITH THE BATHS!! You are not only over stripping your skin of it's moisture but you are well on your way to making a mountain out of a mole hill! Women should only "bathe" in a tub infrequently because soaps, bath additives, water and germs have ample opportunity to enter the folds of skin(labia) and the vaginal opening itself. Many ladies can never take a bath due to chronic vaginitis. If you are among the lucky who can sit in a bath for hours, be sure you rinse off afterwards, throughly!!With just clean water!
Next~ If the rash has worsened any!! Go see your Gyno! Make sure it is just a dermatological irritation!
Till then, slow down! Clean yourself gently with mild soap, apply some over the counter hydrocortisone creme and try wearing loose fitting clothes. Or none at all! You may consider a long skirt with no underwear for a day or two and see if that doesn't help!Plus it's great fun for your secret wicked side! Who will knoe besides you and those you choose??
LIVE LIFE!! Just do it sensibly!!

stop taking the vinegar baths at once, and dont use any perfumed wipes (napkins) or detergents, no soap either.
wash only with warm water, you may have an infection that you need to go see a doctor for immediately. you dont say how old you are and if you are sexually active? does it burn when you urinate? the reason for the tampon hurting when you remove it may be because you are dry down there, make an appointment at your gynie so long, in the mean time, drink alot of water, and wipe with a clean cloth (remember no soap or deoderant) if it is that time of the month for you, go to the chemist for a pad that doesnt contain any perfumes and change often, remembering to wipe often as well. let me know how this goes, good luck

okay "irritated" isn't clear enough. Do you have a rash? Use baby powder, seriously. I'm not sure that vinager water is such a good idea... Vineger is probably just irritating your skin more!!! Stay away from baths, stick to showers for a while, they are more hygenic. Baby powder will keep you from itching and will keep any moisture away from that area. Since I'm not sure what the real "irritation" is, I'm afraid that's all I can offer.

I had this problem a few weeks ago, I changed washing detergents. I found a new neosporin called Neosporin ATF. This stuff works. Relieves the itching and promotes the healing. It is primarily for jock itch, but it works on this problem as well. I was desparate for any kind of relief.

Don't know if it will help. But you could try corn starch. It will help keep area dry. Otherwise would have to get stuff from pharmacy over the counter that may help. You should really consult a doctor to be sure what you are treating.

Use epsom salts or baking soda in your bath instead - I have used both and cannot tell you which is best as they both work very well. Both have been known for generations to be the best. And vinegar is acidic and you are probably doing more harm than good.

Try corn starch or get some corn starch powder. Just make sure you dry yourself off really well and pat it on. Works great. As for the vinegar baths, I don't know.........

Vinegar dries you out and is worse for you than having not taken a bath at all.
