That is a good question,I wish I thought of it. I worry "all" day long. About:dying,my parents dying, fiancee and my 3 kittys dying,it drives me crazy. I worry about anything and everything so...
1.I write in a journal
2.I have therapy sessions with my Psychologist
3.I do something to get my mind off of thinking like:doing this, taking a bubble bath, reading a book or magazine, planning and preparing a romantic dinner, going shopping with a f riend, doing something nice for some one else.
If....you figure out the art to stop worrying, please write me. I hope i helped you a little bit, good luck!!!!!

No one is a born worrier. Its all your own doing. YOU have the power to control your worrying so just STOP.

Have a positive outlook in life. Look in the mirror at yourself for a few minutes and be grateful that youre alive!

We live life once! It has its ups and downs - Highs and lows - in which we grow and learn from.

Life is a process of trial and error.

Think happy/optimistic thoughts and smile!!

Well.when I was in my early 20's I used to have panic attacks and convinced myself that I might be having a heart attack,I then made a pact with myself that if I got to 30 and hadn't had one I'd stop worrying about it-I'm now 38 and don't worry about it..also I've realised that worrying doesn't get me anywhere,so I ask myself 'What is it that I'm actually worrying about?' and then think about what would happen if it came true-it's never as bad as I think.e.g.wasps-their sting isn't that painful,is it? but I used to panic about them too. Think about about all the things that are going well for you and focus on these instead. Good luck.

Hello,
Some things I have tried:
1. Write in a journal everyday
2. Analyze the odds of something bad actually happening.
3. Think rational
4. Practice safety

Look up the definition of pessimist...Try adding a positive thought rather than a negative one. You will have won half of your battle. Then send that positive thought some positive energy, rather than what you are projecting with your mind presently.

Worry never guarantees anything, other than grey hair.

Think back over all those things you worried about in your life, .....thousands? Count up how many actually turned out bad. Not many, most of the things we worry about, never happen. It's true! :-)
