He's extreemly cute and fit, half a party animal and half a geek, which I adore.
He tries to talk to me, cuddle me, even when we are with his huge croud of friends.
He pays for everything when we go out.
He runs to get a medicine when I'm not feeling well at his friends party in the middle of the night.
He takes care of me.
...but
He asks me "Why haven't you called or mailed me? I was waiting last night online..." but I'm a believer of a "girl don't text a guy and ask out, make him do it!" Yeah, he doesn't text me often as I like...
He says he think I'm "cute" but I haven't heard any other compliments in words yet from his mouth.
We haven't had sex yet cuz I said I don't want it yet.
So he is in love with me? Not sure...

It sounds like you are still in the introductory phase of your relationship, where you don't entirely know one another yet. At this point, I don't think he's in love with you b/c he doesn't know you well enough too, but that doesn't mean that he doesn't care greatly for you.
From what you said, it sounds like he's a very considerate man, and he cares about you a lot. There's nothing wrong with sending him some sweet texts to cheer his day up. My man says it makes him smile to get a random text from me b/c he knows that I'm thinking about him. Just don't blow up his phone. There's a happy medium...and if you call/text him more....then maybe he'll text you more, so everyone's happy.
And I may be wrong...he may be in love with you. Just ask yourself these questions...do you feel loved? Do you look in his eyes and see sincerity? When he touches you, do you feel his passion? You can tell when a man loves you, just put yourself in an outsider's perspective. If you weren't in this relationship and you were watching you two together....would it appear that he loves you? The only person that can answer that is either you or him.

love is when u take away the feeling, the passion and the romance in a relationship and find out u still care for that person. just do not give him these things and see his reaction.
