Depending on how it has been stored if it doesnt have freezer burn why not

No way! I work in a bacon production plant and the longest we keep it frozen is three months. Then it gets chopped up and thrown out (not sure where but to whereever they send bad meat) By law we can not ever use meat over three months old (frozen)

Should be no problem, a lot of professional kithchens work with tenderloin beef of 2 years old, as long as it's been kept at -30 celcius during that time, nothing wrong with it. If it comes out of your freezer at home after 2 year, first sign a life insurance.

I wouldn't bacon only lasts for one year in the freezer.

no. you can only keep it frozen past its use by date for 3 months in a freezer (unless in an icebox then its a week)
