Sour milk is not a pollution hazard, don't feel bad about dumping it down the toilet. Flush first-dump fast so none remains after the flush. No smell. Don't feel bad, it's Biodegradeable. But it's hard to compost like most animal matter. It smells bad and strong so it attracts insects and animals.

Just pour it down the drain. Sour milk is basically organic and not harmful to the environment.
If you really got picky, then totally let it curdle, then leave it outside for bugs and microscopic organisms to digest. It will be smelly and unsightful, though.

I've heard it will help grow moss if you pour it between the rocks or bricks in your walkway.

Well I wouldn't want to drink it. Maybe feed it to a cat. They don't know the difference. Well, that's what a cat told me one time.
