because they are laughing at how small your penis is.
ok maybe its not that lol My answer... my serious answer is that girls tend to be shy. why shy they can and most likly will start giggling. they will giggle and laugh a little because they are shy, as boys tend to be a bit more stronger in this situation. when they are shy they tend to stay more quiet.

Girls are more prone to laughing when they are nervous. Also, in general, girls are less comfortable with nudity than men. Not that we don't like it, but being a little uncomfortable creates a little anxiety which equals laughter.

yeees,, girl everyday see herself naked and see her breast,, while she show a boy naked she laughed " oh! he has no breast like me, ha ha ha", "he has no a gap like me to hide very small thing so no one can see it,ha ha ha" she scared while seeing penis and to make impression on boy that she is not scared,, she laugh hi hi hi...but the boys will not laugh he just examine "which part is more enjoyable?", "will she allow me?", "how to ****", "yaaar i want it".
