it hurts like hell! then on that day i felt like i was getting a cold and headaches! it stings a bit! and yeah you do walk funny ! lol
but after a few try it sure was nice! then you just want more! lol

yes, while urinating there is some irritation, also depends on the positions. I tried more than 5 positions on the first time and their was pain in my groin and shoulder. It was too much for first time actually.
